Delivery Times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail or DPD. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days.

Order Cut-off Time

  • 2:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00)
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares your items for shipment. This process typically takes 1–2 business days. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday.

Transit Time

After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days for standard shipping. Shipments leave our facility Monday through Saturday.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. Photos of the damaged package or items are required for claims.
