Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.
Return Requirements
Eligible items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Free from damage not related to manufacturing defects
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization:

Non-Returnable Items

- Items without original packaging
- Tools modified or altered from original condition

Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit
Our Responsibility
We cover return shipping costs when:
- The item received was defective or damaged
- The wrong item was shipped

Refund Process

- Full purchase price refund for items in perfect condition
