Wholesale Policy

Reseller Requirements

  • To be eligible for a wholesale account, the retailer must operate a legitimate business, such as a physical store, an independent e-commerce website, or a verified presence on established online marketplaces.
  • The retailer must provide a valid business license or tax ID (if applicable) and demonstrate a professional commitment to representing the RefTool brand.

Brand Representation

  • Retailers are expected to accurately represent RefTool products and maintain the brand’s professional image across all sales channels.
  • Use of RefTool’s intellectual property (logos, images, descriptions, or marketing materials) must strictly adhere to our provided guidelines.

Sales Channels

  • Retailers are encouraged to build and manage their own online or physical sales platforms.
  • Selling through additional marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy) is permitted, provided that all marketplace rules and RefTool brand standards are respected.

Prohibited Practices

  • Purchasing products for personal use under a wholesale account is strictly prohibited.
  • Reselling items to other wholesalers or distributors is not permitted.
  • Misrepresentation of product condition, pricing manipulation, or false advertising is grounds for account termination.

Account Approval & Order Acceptance

  • RefTool reserves the right to review and approve all wholesale account applications to ensure compatibility with our brand objectives.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or other legitimate business reasons.

Payment Terms

  • All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
  • We currently accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods at checkout.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the United States.
  • Free Shipping: All wholesale and retail orders purchased through our website include free standard shipping.

Fulfillment

  • Once payment is received, orders are fulfilled within 1 business day unless otherwise notified.
  • We also accept bulk orders from B2B clients or other retailers who meet our wholesale requirements.

Damaged Items

  • All items are inspected and quality-checked before shipping.
  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if there are any damages or issues.
  • To ensure a smooth resolution, please provide photos and your order number when contacting us about any damaged items.
